Athena was a good, sweet dog. She loved people and people loved her. She was especially happy when kids would ask to pet her on our walks around the neighborhood. When she was younger she enjoyed playing fetch in the yard and loved chewing on and playing tug of war with her rope toys. Athena was truly my best friend and constant companion for 11 years.
