Bitsie and I didn't find each other until she was 6yrs old, but we loved each other going forward as if we had always been together. Bitsie was the gentlest little dachshund and had such a loving, docile soul, unless of course food was involved. Although I will miss her terribly, I am grateful for Bitsie having been in my life and will treasure the years I had with her.
