Gizmo Ray Leal was met at the gates of heaven by his brother, Jake James, on October 31, 2025.
My little honey was found in an alley on March 6, 2012. From that moment on, Gizmo brought joy, love, and a little feistiness into our lives. He was a spirited little dog who loved on his own terms -- and if he had a problem with you, he'd make sure you knew it. Gizmo was so sweet -- his momma's little "moo moo" and her "little honey." He loved standing in the backyard, feeling the breeze flow through his hair, and you could always see in his eyes how much he appreciated everything done for him. He was truly the king of the castle.
Meal times and "snacky snacks" were serious business for Gizmo, and he made sure to let everyone know it. He loved to perch on the back of the love seat to sunbathe, keeping watch over his home and family.
We hope he knows how deeply he was loved and how he completed our family. He will be missed by his mom and dad, his brother, two sisters, fur sister, brother-in-law, and two fur nephews.
Rest well, my little honey. We will miss you and see you soon, my sweet little moo moo 💗
