Hadley joined our family in 2010. She was a rambunctious puppy who loved to sleep, eat, and play. She was also one of the most stubborn dogs we've ever owned. If left alone she could grab and eat an entire loaf of bread, plastic and all, off the counter in 30 seconds flat. We took her to obedience training in an attempt to turn her into a therapy dog for my special education classroom. She had the sweet, cuddly part down but when it came to following directions, she didn't listen well. We spent most of the classes with her checking herself out in the mirror or being a little overzealous with directives. She was a wonderful companion and we loved her dearly. Whether you were cooking dinner or sick in bed, she was always by your side. She will be missed dearly, but she is now free from any pain or suffering. Until we meet again, sweet Hadley. ❤️
