Jake was more than a dog — he was a heartbeat at our feet. He was playful and hyper in the way only the best souls are. He knew how to put a smile on our faces every day. Jake came into Matt's life as a lost stray, but he quickly became family, and when I met him we instantly clicked. Little did he know he was the start of the family we have now. We had so many great years with him and have the best memories that will last a lifetime.
He leaves behind 2 fur besties Layla & Cooper, who dearly miss him, and a new baby sister Juniper. They met briefly but we know they loved each other.
We'll save you a spot on our couch forever Bub. We hope heaven is full of ham and the dirt roads never end.
