This is Missy, she was 10.5 years old when she crossed the rainbow bridge. She was the best dog I have ever had, loved her 3 boys, me and her dad to the end of the earth, even hot to meet the grandbaby. She had a mothering soul, it didn't matter what the animal was, if it was small she tried to take care of it. She found a baby kitten in our front yard and brought it in, we had chickens and she would pick then up and take then outside to use the bathroom. She would cuddle us if we were upset and make sure we knew she loved us. She was like another child to me and my husband. People say animals are just pets but they don't realize animals just want to be loved as well and they will give you what you give them.
