After a short illness, Persephone sadly passed on 11/12/2024. She came into my life as a ninth month old stray with an injury and I just couldn't let her go. She followed me around no matter where I was and she was extremely talkative. She even let me raspberry her belly and give her kisses. She loved sleeping with me and complained when I was late for naps. She would curl up under the blankets with me every afternoon and she nursed everyone in the house when they were sick. She's the reason I survived a bad situation and she will be greatly missed. In her fourteen years of life, it was a privilege to be her mama.
