After 13 loving years we said goodbye to Star. She sparked a love for horses that flowed into the joy shared with not only her but the many horses that came after her but nothing compares to the memories and lessons my first horse has shared with me. She had a drive and determination and with that came a love for work and tenacity to learn. While we all wish there were many more years ahead, however time spent with Star and time in the saddle are never wasted.
