He was always ready to go no matter where my dad went, the rest of us never mattered if he was around. Toby was a rescue my father found him in the ditch by our other dog Mox. Dad took him to the vet and got him fixed up and just brought him home. Toby soon adapted to being an inside dog that got whatever scraps he could get. Which was all the time. Summers here in Texas and being a boarder collie mix wasn't always pleasant. Toby let my daughter shave him down every year and then he would get his much hated rinse off. Toby loved to talk and make all sorts of noises for my dad in the evenings and he would just talk back and forth. Toby trained my daughter that he wasn't too big to sleep in bed with her. He wouldn't jump up there you had to pick him up. All 75 pounds of him. Toby also enjoyed going to nursing homes and getting all the free rubbings he could get.

Toby will sure be missed and it is definitely difficult with out you here. Your sister Sooner is sure lost without you. We will miss getting to play bunny with you.
