In 2012, we welcomed the tiniest ball of fluff into our family, our precious Zsa Zsa. In the 14 years of her life she brought us so much laughter, joy, and most importantly, love. She was a tiny but mighty force who feared nothing, as if she were ten times bigger than she really was. Despite her small stature, she was fiercely protective, especially of her favorite butterfly sock monkey toy, and was always quick to alert us when anyone or anything was outside.She never lost her spark, even as her fur started to show her age and her eyes and ears weren’t as sharp as they used to be. It is difficult to put into words how loved she was and always will be, but even more so how she will be missed deeply. She was there for so much of my life and I thank her for being the best friend I could ever ask for.
